Put oven on at 180 deg. C/350 deg. F/gas 4. Line baking tray with greaseproof paper. Toast peanuts under grill until golden, then chop finely. Toast seasame seeds until golden, and mix with nuts. Cream margarine with sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg. Add flour if mixture starts to curdle. Add flours, nuts and seeds andmix into a dough using your hands. Wash and flour hands. Divide mix into 12-14 balls, 6-7cm in diameter and 1/2cm thick. Press 1 date into the middle of each one. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
